How to view messages left by donors

Messages allow donors to share words of kindness, blessings, or reasons why they chose to support your ministry.

To view messages left by donors, follow these steps:

Navigate to Wallet from the menu

Select the donation you want to view

On the Donation Breakdown page, you’ll see one of two possibilities:

a

If the donor left a message, a “Donor’s message” section will appear below the donation details

b

If no message was left, this section will not be displayed
