How to personalize the donation experience for your donors

Personalizing the donation experience helps create a more meaningful connection with your donors. It allows donors to feel comfortable donating while giving you, as a missionary, the opportunity to maximize donation potential. This feature is available for Pro and Starter plans only.

To personalize the donation experience for your donors, follow these steps:

Navigate to Edit My Page from the menu

Scroll down to the Donation Preferences section

Here’s what you can customize in Donation Preferences:

Donate Call to Action: Personalize the text under the Donate heading to give donors a clear reason to contribute

Recommended Donation Amounts: Set suggested amounts for both one-time and monthly donations

Thank You Message: Write a personalized message that appears to donors after their donation

When you’re happy with your changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen to update your profile
