Links on your profile, whether external websites or social media accounts, allow donors and visitors to explore content you want to share outside of your Sowfund page.
To add or remove links, follow these steps:
Adding a social media link

Go to Edit My Page from the menu

Scroll down to the Connect With Me section

Select the social media platform and type in your username to link your account

Once your username is entered, a link to your social media page will be created automatically

When you’re happy with your changes, click ”Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen to update your profile
Adding a custom external link
This feature is available for Pro plans only

Go to Edit My Page from the menu

Scroll down to the Connect With Me section

Skip the predetermined social media links until you reach Add My Own Link

In the Link Name text box, enter the name of the link as you want donors to see it on your public profile

In the Link URL text box, enter the web address you want donors to visit

When you’re happy with your changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen to update your profile
Removing a link

Go to Edit My Page from the menu

Scroll down to the Connect With Me section

To remove a link, clear the text from the relevant field(s). Once the fields are empty, the link will no longer appear on your profile

When you’re satisfied with your changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen to update your profile
